Workshop in the MIDST of Homology Modelling of 3D Protein Structures

This one-day workshop will be delivered by Professor Ozlem Tastan Bishop from Rhodes University, South Africa. The morning session will be devoted to the theory of homology modeling, including the state of the art methods and recent developments in the field. In the afternoon, hands-on sessions will be carried out in specially designed classrooms to create an Active Learning environment. Attendees working in groups of two will use the PRIMO interactive homology modeling pipeline to attack their own research problems.
